TSB and other UK major high street banking providers are working together to bring shared cash and banking services to communities across the UK.


Cash Access UK are opening Banking Hubs across the UK, to offer an easy way to do face-to-face banking. There are 8 already open, with over another 80 planned.
The Banking Hubs are available for everyday personal and business banking services. TSB customers can use cash services at any Hub. And a TSB Mobile Money Confidence Expert will be on hand in some Banking Hubs if you need help with bigger things, such as payments and transfers, managing your money and online banking.

What services are available at all Banking Hubs?
Each Banking Hub has a counter where you can:
- Pay in cash and cheques
- Withdraw cash
- Check your balance
- Pay utility bills
- Top up your gas and electricity
- Access change-giving services for small businesses

TSB Money Confidence Experts at Banking Hubs.
Not all banks will be present in every Banking Hub. Where TSB are present in a Banking Hub, a Mobile Money Confidence Expert will be available to help customers with:
Personal customers.
- Borrowing, protection and everyday current account and savings account needs
- Managing your existing payments, such as Direct Debits
- Internet and mobile banking registration, forgotten passwords and troubleshooting
- Reporting lost or stolen cards
- Non-cash payments to someone you’ve paid before, up to £10,000
- General product enquiries
- Managing finances if you’ve suffered a bereavement

Do you need to bring any ID when you visit a Banking Hub?
To use the Post Office® counter services, you will need:
- Deposit cash: your debit card and PIN or a personalised pre-printed pay-in slip.
- Deposit cheques: a personalised pre-printed pay-in slip and a TSB specific cheque envelope (available at the Banking hub).
- Withdraw cash: your debit or ATM card and PIN.
- Balance enquiry: using your debit card and PIN.

When you visit a TSB Mobile Money Confidence Expert at a Banking Hub we will need to check your ID. As well as having your TSB bank card, the documents you can bring with you for this are listed below:
If you're a UK, EU, EEA or Swiss National please bring:
- Full and current passport
- Full and current photocard driving licence (exluding provisional driving licence)
- A full and current 'old style' UK paper driving licence (issued before 2000 when photocard was introduced)
- Current EU/EEA National identity photo card – not including Romanian ID cards
- Current Northern Ireland voters card
- Current Firearms or shotgun licence
- Benefits/state pension notification letter - issued in last 12 months and confirming rights to benefits
- HMRC Tax Notification e.g. notice of coding, relating to the current tax year and less than 12 months old (P45 and P60 certificates are not acceptable)
- Current Blue disabled drivers pass
If you're a national from any other country outside the UK, EU, EEA or Switzerland please bring:
- Full and current passport with valid UK Visa or a valid UK Biometric Residence Permit
For under 18s:
- Current Young Scot card
- UK Birth certificate or Full adoption certificate
- UK Medical Card/Certificate
- Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement (Except TSB bank statement, showing a minimum of 2 transactions within the last 3 months)
- Utility bill/utility statement (except water bill or mobile phone bill) dated within the last 3 months
- Council tax bill for current Council Tax billing year and dated in the last 12 months
- Full and current UK photocard driving licence (only if not used as proof of identity)
