Follow these steps to change your address, telephone number and email in the TSB Mobile Banking App.

Use the TSB Mobile Banking App

  1. Log into the app
  2. Tap the profile icon
  3. Tap personal details
  4. Tap your email address or phone number
  5. Enter your new details and save

Use Internet Banking

  1. Log into your TSB account - you’ll need your User ID, password, and memorable information
  2. At the top right, select Change Details
  3. Select Change Phone Number
  4. Update your number, then select Continue
  5. Enter your password, then confirm

  5. Enter your new details and save

  1. Log into your TSB account - you’ll need your User ID, password, and memorable information
  2. At the top right, select Change Details
  3. Select Change Phone Number
  4. Update your number, then select Continue
  5. Enter your password, then confirm

  3. Tap Chat to us
  4. Type change name then follow the instructions on screen

You'll need to upload one of these supporting documents to change your name:

  • Deed Poll (not in Scotland)
  • Marriage Certificate / Civil Partnership registration document
  • Statutory Declaration
  • Divorce Papers / Dissolved Civil Partnership papers
  • Copy of entry in Registry of Corrections (Scotland only)
  • Amended Birth Certificate issued by Registrar General, Edinburgh (Scotland only)
  • Adoption Certificate

By phone

If you’re already registered for Telephone Banking and have a PSN (Personal Security Number), you can call us to change your address, phone number, and email.

How long it takes

After we’ve established that it’s really you, we can change your address immediately.

Our lines are often busy. The fastest way to update your details is the TSB Mobile Banking App.

At a TSB branch

You can update any details at one of our branches.

You’ll need:

Some form of ID – ideally a TSB debit card and PIN. If you don’t have one, bring your passport, driving licence, or something similar.

Changing your name?

We’ll need to see one of the supporting documents listed below.

Find your nearest branch

By post

The only details you can change by post are your name and address.

Changing your address

Write to us at TSB Bank plc, PO Box 373, Leeds, LS14 9GQ and be sure to include your:

  • name
  • account number and sort code
  • current and new address
  • signature

Changing your name

Fill in and print out the ‘Change to customer name’ form.

To find it:

  1. Log into Internet Banking
  2. At the top right, click Change details
  3. Fill in the form, print it, then post it to the address below with one of these supporting documents mentioned above
