Unfreeze a card

Follow these steps to unfreeze your card using the TSB Mobile Banking App.

Step 2

Select the card you want to unfreeze then tap ‘Freeze card’.

Step 3

Press the ‘Freeze my card’ toggle button on the Freeze card page.

Step 4

Once done, your card will be unfrozen.

Step 1

Tap the card icon on the homepage.
