Cancel a Direct Debit

Follow these steps to cancel a Direct Debit using the TSB Mobile Banking App.

Step 2

Tap ‘Manage Direct Debits’.

Step 3

Tap the Direct Debit you want to cancel.

Step 4

Tap ‘Cancel’ and follow the instructions on the next screens.

Step 1

Login and tap the payments tab, then tap ‘Scheduled Payments’.
