Updating your business account details

If you recently received an email or letter from us asking you to update your details, please read the information below carefully.

It’s important that we have all the details about your business or organisation to ensure your account operates as smoothly and securely as possible.

1. If you received an email from us, please click the “Request Form” button and the secure Adobe form will be sent to you shortly for completion.

You only need to complete the BLANK fields within the form. You can skip fields pre-populated with ‘No Update Required’ because we already hold this information about you.

2. If you received a letter from us, please click the ‘Update Your Details Form’ button then enter the Unique Passcode in your letter to continue to the form.

The form should take approximately 10 minutes to complete, depending on the amount of information we need from you. And because there isn’t the ability to save and resume the form, please make sure you have the following information to hand:

1. People Manager Information – details of you and other key people within your business.
2. Your Business Details - for example your registered and trading addresses. You’ll also need to upload a document showing ‘proof of trading’ dated within the last 3 months, and ‘proof of partnership’ if applicable.
3. Business Activity – the nature and purpose of your business including turnover, and if applicable, professional body registration details.

What you will need to complete the form:

• Hold a key position within the business or organisation with authority to complete the form.
• Up to date and relevant information registered with Companies House (if applicable). Incorrect information is likely to cause delays updating your details.
